honestly bought this kinda skeptical bc i've tried those chin straps and nose strips and nothing ever worked. used it the first night and idk if it was a fluke but my husband said i barely made a sound. been using it almost every night for like 6 weeks now and it's just... working?? i don't wake up with a sore throat anymore either which was a bonus i didn't even expect. definitely recommend just give it more than a couple nights
she'd been sleeping in the guest room for almost 2 years because of my snoring. i tried everything — those mouthguards that make you drool everywhere, the nasal strips, even lost some weight thinking that would help. nothing. friend told me about this and figured why not. 3 weeks in she moved back. i'm not gonna lie i almost cried. it's not 100% silent but she says it's like night and day. absolutely worth it.
had sleep apnea diagnosis for 4 years, been on cpap the whole time. hated it. dry mouth, tangled hose, couldn't travel with it, felt like sleeping next to a vacuum cleaner. doctor said try it as a supplement not a replacement so i did. by week 4 i was barely using the cpap at all. follow up sleep study actually showed improvement. doc was surprised. i'm not a doctor and i'm not saying ditch your cpap without talking to yours, but for me this was a game changer. attached a pic of the cpap collecting dust lol
ok so my husband's snoring was SO bad i was wearing earplugs and still couldn't sleep. our doctor kept telling us to do a sleep study but those cost a fortune. saw this and figured $89 is way cheaper than a sleep clinic. he was annoyed at first bc he doesn't think he snores (classic) but after i showed him the recording app i use he agreed to try it. two weeks later i'm sleeping without earplugs for the first time in like 3 years. he also says he doesn't feel as groggy in the mornings. huge win.
first week honestly wasn't that impressed and almost returned it. kept going bc of the 60 day guarantee and around day 18-20 something shifted. my wife said the snoring went from "freight train" to more like a "light hum" which i'll take. comfort is good, doesn't fall off during the night which was my main concern. only gripe is the charging could be faster but that's minor. would say give it a full month before judging.
